Shipping

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Most orders received by 3PM MST ship Same Day, however due to holidays and periods of high volume please allow up to 24 hours for shipment.  Indicate in the comments section if you need expedited processing and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, such as Infrared products and cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Free USPS Priority Shipping

Receive free USPS Priority shipping on orders of $50 or more. Only applies to domestic orders within the United States (Alaska and Hawaii included) and can not be applied or transferred to another shipping option.

Internationl Shipping

Due to ITAR Regulations Infrared products cannot be shipped outside of the United States. Contact us directly if you possess the proper licensing and authority for infrared products at contactus@tlslighting.net

Most international orders ship USPS International for a flat rate of $25 USD.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for international delivery.

Returns Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
