Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Most orders ship within 1 business day, except during periods of high volume. Please indicate in the comments section if you need expedited processing and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

Free USPS Priority Shipping
Receive free USPS Priority shipping on orders of $50 or more. Only applies to domestic orders within the United States (Alaska and Hawaii included) and can not be applied or transferred to another shipping option.

International Shipping
Infrared products cannot be shipped to some international destinations. Contact us directly if you possess the proper licensing and authority for infrared products at contactus@tlslighting.net.
Returns

If you don't love this light, we'll buy it back! If you are dissatisfied with your LazerBrite products, contact us within 15 days to request a return authorization. Must be returned in new condition.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).

Tactical Lighting Solutions, LLC - 5 Year Limited Warranty

Tactical Lighting Solutions warrants our Products for 5 years from date of purchase against manufacturers defects and will repair or replace defective products at our discretion. This warranty DOES NOT cover abuse, misuse, or consequential or incidental damages. Return authorization is required for all replacements, or repairs. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
